We are Fincas Laplace

A family with five generations of experience under our belt in letting and renting in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We have business units, homes, rooms for students/professionals and now furnished flats and studios too. Most importantly they all belong to us as we do not rent for third parties.

• Our flats and studios belong to us so we take care of them - they are not merely a short-term investment.

• Technical faults and breakdowns are fixed promptly because we rely on a network of businesses with which we have a long standing relationship and we design and refurbish with the knowledge of what goes wrong, when, and where to minimise the impact to our tenants.

• When you contact us you do not speak to a lettings agency far removed from the issue but instead directly with someone who wants everything to work smoothly.

• We do not use verbal contracts which although legal in Spain lack the nuance that our written ones posses. Additionally we are confident enough we encourage our clients to take our contracts to any lawyer or accountant to review if they so desire.
